Am I alone in thinking this guy totally out of his mind?  Headscratch

And, isn't the R1200-C about the least desireable BMW... ever?

http://kansascity.craigslist.org/mcy/2529057447.html

2000 BMW R12000-C with 820 miles = $16,000 firm   EEK! Crazy

I thought about sending him a link to KBB, but haven't done it yet

Hmmmm.  For $16K I think I could buy a pair of them with similar miles in that condition.   Shrug

He reworded the ad to take out the price:

We have a 2000 BMW r1200 cruiser with 820 original miles. My mom wanted this bike and just never rode it very far. Always stored inside and cared for like a baby. Had to put a new battery in it , starts right up and sounds and looks like a new one. We want no trades, cash is prefered. Will meet at your bank for funds exchange no checks of any sort and will no ship. e-mail only. Price is HIGH, so we will consider offers.

I think the owner is HIGH.
