Lessee, wonder if he (a.k.a. "his mom") rode it 6 miles/month or perhaps he did a few 100-200 mile rides and let it sit idle for 2-4 years between rides.  And sorry, the tassles don't come with the bike -- they're extra.

Too bad ya can't see his other listings, like eBay.  Eyeglasses with one lens missing: $184 (they're Oakley frames).  Broken pocket knife with some rust: $48.  Piece of string (needs to be cleaned): $8.

OK, so maybe he is charging 1/3 more than the price of the bike new for the privilege of letting him store it for a decade.  I think his Tony-Robbins-esque communication skills will allow him to close the deal.

New was around $12K maybe a little more, depending on extras..... current used is around $7K..... low mileage ones go for around $7,500... some are asking as high as $9K

Yeah, bit it's a COLLECTOR'S ITEM right?
