There are no plans for an organized group dinner, but that doesn't we can't have unorganized group dinners. I'm no expert on the dining options in Marietta, but I'm a sucker for a brewpub (or bar w/ great selection), Mexican, and BBQ.  That said, here are some options that I will probably avail myself of. Feel free to add more..

Marietta Brewing Co (http://www.mbcpub.com/) - I've had their beers while in Athens and liked them. I plan on eating there once to check it out. Their web site also notes that they have a party room that can accommodate 25 people and costs $50 to reserve (the "165 side"). MBC is about 1.7 miles from the hotel.

Tampico Mexican Restaurant - I have eaten here many times and it's always good. They can handle a large group (15-20) with some notice. Not sure if they would make a reservation on a weekend night though. I plan on eating here once too even though it's in the middle of town. Tampico is about 1.7 miles from the hotel.

BlackSmith BBQ - never ate there, but reviews on UrbanSpoon are good. Located on the north side of the college. Could be worth a visit. BlackSmith is located about 1.2 miles from the hotel.

Las Trancas Mexican Restaurant - located in the shopping center next to the hotel, so it's within stumbling distance. Online reviews are positive, but Tampico's generally gets the nod.

Bob Evans Restaurant - located in the shopping center next to the hotel. Gotta eat breakfast somewhere and it provides standard American fare for dinner.

I see there is a gourmet coffee place nearby called "Stoked Coffee" and a bakery of some sort called "Mc Happys Bake Shoppes" so options are there for a good light breakfast.

And there is a lot of chain/fast food stuff near the hotel too including Applebees, McDonalds, Burger King, Napolis pizza, Papa Johns pizza, Little Ceasare's pizza, Arbys, Long John Silvers, and Pizza Hut.

We all like to have a drink after a long day on the road, so where to buy beer, wine, etc in Marietta? There is a college in town, so there should be no shortage of places to buy a six pack...

There is a Kroger grocery store across the highway that I suspect has beer. There is also an Aldi's store on the other side of I-77 (near hotel) that has beer and wine. You can get "growlers" (64 oz jugs) of beer from the Marietta Brew Pub. Gas stations sell beer. There is also a place called "The Marietta Beer Barn" which might have a good selection.

Already planning on going to marrietta brewing co at least one night. Like you, I'm a sucker for the brew pub. Usually good food at most brew pubs as well. Talking with my buddy Dave who is riding down with me. We are planning on cabbing it there and back to the hotel, unless somebody happens to bring a car to the meet. Then we would gladly trade pints for transport.  Beerchug

I'm also good with mexican and bbq.   Drool

Las Trancas was pretty good about taking care of a bunch of us from Hayabusa.org. Have never been to Tampico. Blacksmith BBQ is off the beaten path a few blocks but smells pretty good to drive by. McHappys is a doughnut shop.
Krogers is just across the main drag from the motel and KMart is walking distance. Wal Mart is about a half mile north on Route 7.

Marietta is a college town and weekend nights is swarming with agressive police. I was pulled over twice commuting home from work over the 4'th of July. Drinking and riding probably will not be the best option.

Just came back from Tampico. The food was very good. I had fajita's and they give you a generous portion. I wouldn't mind eating there again before Sunday!
