"Irish" Coffee Meet 21 August
«
on:

EDIT:
Note Revised start time...BYOIW
In honor of IRISH Fest in Milwaukee, it seems only appropriate that there should be a gatherin' o' the O'F.U.C.K.E.R. Clan to begin the day.
Since the Festival is held at the SummerFest Grounds on Milwaukee's Lakefront, we should therefore do the same.
Alterra at the Lake
1701 N Lincoln Memorial Dr
Milwaukee, WI 53202

http://www.alterracoffee.com/InCafes/AlterraattheLake.aspx
Said gathering of the Clan will be hosted by Paddy O'Furniture...
Gatherin' to be commencing at the crack of dawn...that'll be
Nine O'Clock CDT
for those men amongst us that will have closed down IRISH Fest on Saturday evening. Speak softly, now, as we may have a bit of a head that early in the day. Loud pipes are like bagpipes...not fit fer human consumption during daylight hours.
Kilts optional. Kilts combined with frou frou drinks will be subject to all manner of verbal abuse, though...
For those who may be interested, you can get usually get free admission into IRISH Fest until about noon...just bring a non-perishable food donation to the south gate.

Hey Charlie and Sandy. Did you guys check your PMs lately? This coffee is in conflict with another outstanding event that day. It will be a small coffee meet if you go there instead of the other one. Just sayin'.

Revised start time posted. 9:00 AM. Speak softly, now...
For any headin' to Irish Fest afterwards....you can see my youngest daughter (String Cheese) dancing with the Trinity Irish Dancers and, later in the day, with Gaelic Storm. She throws exactly 1 / 17th of the shadow that I do, though...so it might be difficult to pick her out on - stage!
