Can't see youtube link at work for more info, but I am done with soft saddlebags. No real rain protection or real security. At least these won't scratch the paint like most soft saddlebag kits will do. And they look easier to take on/off, which is a definite plus.

I was in a hurry when posting - here is the full fitment list from SW-M -
link
.
I prefer hard luggage as well, but many sportbikes don't have hard luggage racks available. The Blaze bags come with waterproof inner liner, mounting hardware, and a security cable.

I came across these last week when a co-worker of mine was looking for soft luggage for his CBR600RR. They look pretty damn nice, for soft luggage. I like the removable 'rack'. I agree that hard cases are the way to go (love the OEM ones on my VFR) but they don't make them for every bike, and some people prefer the soft for how easy they are to remove, with no ugly racks left behind.

I'm surprised, nothing for the 900 Hornet, only the 600. They do make a nice, and quickly removal rack for hard bags though. I've been looking at that for a while just haven't pulled the trigger. I'll keep my Chase Harper soft bags for a while anyways, they work for me for now.

You can't expect them to support non-current models.
The CB1000R is listed.

900 Hornet has been out of production for years. 600 Hornet has been updated recently and is a strong seller in Europe.

The only good-looking racks are those attached to women.

Yeah I do.
But you should see mine! I don't have any pics handy with the bags off. They're
rarely
ever off.

I useta have Hepco and Becker hard bags on my 500. Way better than soft bags for real world day to day use. Bring money.

Twisted Throttle now has the pricing up for these cases. For my bike, they are $280 USD for both the cases and racks. This is a pretty good price. The other system available, H&B C-Bow, is about $70 more.

Nice - thanks for the link. Spring 2011. I hope they make a fitment for my bike. I like how those are lockable to the bike, without a strap over the rear seat.

TT has the worst website ever. It's like looking at a poorly done powerpoint presentation, just shit everywhere, you're not sure what you're supposed to be looking at and you can't find what you do want to look at. I don't see "Blaze" anything under the by brand->SW Motech heading.

I always found the site pretty easy to navigate
Anyway, it's under "By Brand >> Bags Connections >> Saddlebags"
Or you can just search by what fits your bike.

I thought they were called "SW-Motech Blaze" per the thread title, but they aren't under SW-Motech side rack accessories or side racks by sw-motech. i wanted to see what bikes they were available for.
