Down here too !    But it won't last. But next week looks like the real stuff.  I saw CBRian1K riding around on his big 1000 the other day. It was chilly but sunny ... good on you Brian !

Shifting the clocks back is always the sign that the 'end' is near... I got an early morning ride in today, but had to scrape off the frost at dawn!

The ride along the coast was a little 'chilly' (temperature +3!), but no wind and bright sunshine seemed to make it OK.

That kind of temperature always keeps you on your toes though, wood decks on bridges turn white, and that ain't paint!!

Gave the ol' snowblower it's first workout of the year yesterday.  Heavy snowfall warning in effect again today...

I did get in a few late season rides.  Here's a pic taken from one of them (taken before the snow fell):



Took a ride just last weekend; snow was on the ground, and on my driveway, but the road was just wet (well, a bit muddy at my place).  Rode down to the local store for a few items--and got that "Oh my, are you riding your motorcycle?" question from the cashier.  Ended up, she and I trooped to the window so she could see my bike (the XT)--gotta love living in a small community!  That trip, though, I topped off the tank, added the Stabil, and ran the carb dry when I got home...I think it may be parked for the winter now (the roads here are treacherous now, 3 accidents just yesterday, riding is not recommended in these conditions!).
