I'm thinking about getting the regular V7 seat for my V7 Cafe so I can use it for 2 up riding locally.  For those with late model Guzzis, where do you find accessories?  Is the dealer my only option new?  I searched Ebay and Craigslist and tried to find used ones on various Guzzi forums but no luck.  Also checked the usual aftermarket companies and neither Corbin or Sargent make one, not that I expected they would.

If all else fails, I've heard that the Guzzi dealer just down the street from the factory in Mandello, Agostinis, keeps an English speaker on their staff.

I'll definitely keep that in mind  Bigsmile, but not much good for this weekend and my wife wants to go for a ride this weekend.  Seems the climate and scads of bikes we see everyday have rekindled her interest in 2-wheeled travel.

That's true, I was there in July and purchased a few pars for my 1200 Sport...... they had them in stock!!!
While I was there he, the English speaker, offered my a 1/2 demo ride on a new Stelvio.... I took two 1/2 rides! :- O   What a great bike.

Did you find a pillion-friendly seat option?  I'm surprised that something as basic as seats are that hard to come by for the V7's.

I'm looking forward to a V7 Cafe review in the future.

Seems the dealer is the only source.  $185 for the regular seat.  I really like the cafe seat - found it really comfortable for the ride from San Diego to San Francisco.  Just doesn't work for 2-up, though I'll hopefully resolved passengering issues by getting my Street Triple out here.  Flying back to New York for meetings tonight-Friday.  Hopefully riding back out  Smile

$185 is not bad for a seat, but don't you have to buy passenger pegs/hangers, too?  [edit - nevermind, I see it comes with passenger pegs...]

Street Triple cross-country sounds awesome!  I would love to have a V7 to compliment my Street Triple, too.   Thumbsup
