I'd be happy to give you a lane splitting lesson.  It's not that hard but you really have to be on your game.  There are two ways to do it: the dangerous way and the slightly less dangerous way.  

Most of us are on the peninsula or in south bay.  I was the last East Bay hold out and then married a girl who lives in Foster City.  Our informal, unspoken rule is, if you show up to dinner you get a say in where future dinners will be held.  And this group is pretty accomidating so rotating a dinner to Fremont or Hayward is easy to do.

I'm a maybe for tomorrow.  I've been sick as a dog since Saturday and solid food (esp yummy-but-greasy cheesesteak) hasn't been my best friend of late.  We'll see how tomorrow goes!
