Yeah, it's like a track-day with cones, errr... cagers trucks and buses , only much cheaper.  Razz

It *is* a toll-road, I forget the fee to do the loop, but guessing around 2-3 bucks. Too bad it's in the middle of nowhere with no fuel in site. You really can't do too many loops before you need to bail to Tecate or Mexicali for a re-fuel...
