Short news piece about a rear view mirror with approx. 180 degree view. Not the be-all end-all solution but not a bad idea. Hard to tell how far you back you can see with such a convex shape. One reason I didn't like my CRG bar end mirrors was that I couldn't see very far back (Is that a cop?) and it was difficult to judge speed of other vehicles vs. a standard mirror. He'll probably sell quite a few and could make some real money if he puts a roundel on it.

Ah...I don't think this will help...the mirror is not in your normal field of vision so you have to do something special to use it.  Its like looking at your GPS...if you put it in a crappy spot...its hard to look at.
