What exactly do you mean by "crazy" and "fanatical"? Are we talking full blown Jihad here?

I clicked other, thinking about HDs before reading the first post.

I know a number of folks that claim thjey wouldn't ride if they couldn't ride a Harley.

That's pretty out there, IMO

"Better" is a relative term.  Better value?  Better cruising range ?  Better built-in theft protection?  Better what?  Lol

I looked at a new 650 v-strom yesterday. Some sort of off white paint scheme. I caught a look at it just the right way and it reminded me of a Hayabusa built backwards. And I looked at the price tag - cheap. And you know it was  Inlove . And for just a'little more I could get the factory bags. And financing was like 120.00 a month. Ummm Ummm I sure would like to have me some Veee Strom.

I voted other - Harley - I didn't read the post before voting. Then GS. Them BMW people drink martinis by the camp fire after riding those ugly beast  a 1000 miles in 8 hours. They sleep on the ground so they can pee on trees. They farkle their bikes using flash lights. Then get up the next morning and do another thousand to get back to a desk. Gotta love'em but they are fanatical.

The ZRX owners get my vote.

So three years ago a very good friend sells his ZRX to buy his first full dress Harley.  Sells it a year later and buys a Honda 919.  Two weeks ago flew out to Rapid City and road home a new to him ZRX.  Everyone, and I mean everyone including his wife, told him to hang on to the ZRX after he purchased the Ultra Classic.  Did he listen?  No.  He's was looking for a replacement almost a month after he sold it.  Just found a good candidate.  So yea he's a fanatic.

GS owners by far, simply because we have got the most useful, versatile and just plain swell bike ever made. The only thing that can stop the mighty PzKw is a Starbucks and only for a minute and only if you can sit outside, in the rain, in winter with your Hi Viz Stitch and surplus Boonie hat on using your Latte` to warm your hands because your gloves are draped over the cylinders to dry out.......

+1  That's been my experience and that's why I voted for the FJR owner.  If  JFR owners were leading the poll, droves of them would swarm in from the FJR Forum to vote for something else.  I guarantee it.  I've seen it happen here before.
