Seems significantly high.  NADA hi retail book is $4K.  So unless the deal has something fantastic undisclosed, like an extended warranty, I'd look elsewhere.

based on what i see here http://marketplace.ibmwr.org/ads/robs its a tad high, but not outrageous. in this economy- i wouldn't bother, given that you're jsut looking for a hot deal.
however- there is a sharp looking R1100S in that mix, and it is priced to go.....

If it's clean like new you ain't gonna do much better.  Remember NADA and KBB prices for 11 year old bikes look like 11 year old bikes!  P.S.  I didn't know the 2000 was a 1150.
