Waiting for stop watch rant from the carbs and reed valve crowd.

Wait, lets line 'em by points, run heats, an LCQ and a main.  Bigsmile

Qualifying from last year had Nicky 4th, Spies 5th and Stoner on pole. This was the track where Ducati got their mojo back and Stoner started kicking ass again.

You think Stoner is that good? Or is the bike this year that bad?....All I can say is WOW...this season has been a utter embarrassment for Ducati.......Maybe Nick can hold it together for a decent finish.....Spies will be there if he does not play mr nice guy at the start and watch everybody pull away thinking he can come back later..

A little of columnA, a little of column B. No question Stoner is the fastest rider, he may also have matured into the best rider in the last few years. Whether or not the Ducati is "bad" is beyond me. There are so many smart talented people working in MotoGP that I hate to call anyone bad. There could be all kinds of reasons for their results. Its way beyond a low level club racer like me.

I wish to hell we could see all the riders on equal, equally unfamiliar equipment.  Something like the Boxer Cup.  I think Stoner would still be top dog; he really is that good.  But I think we'd have some suprises in the finishing order.

Wishing aside, I'm looking forward to tomorrow.
