Saw this stable of restored off-road bikes yesterday while waiting for the new tires to be put on the FJR. Sorry for the blurriness. Stupid 'Droid POS camera phone.
I WANT that green-tanked '72 Penton. Or the white '68 Yami Enduro....or...or...

One of those CT-90's is going for $895 I think. No way the wifey would go for it when I'm still working her over about picking up a used KLR...

I love old dirt bikes, my first bike was a brand new '71 Hodaka Super Rat when I was 12. My dad got tired of me taking his 250 CZ so he bought it for me. The one there doesn't have number plate and does have a spark arrestor so it's probably an Ace 90 with no lights.

Am I naive or ignorant? That sounds like a pretty fair deal for something to bang around on. The Yamahas at least should have parts available and pretty straightforward to work on, no?
If they'rea runnin' (and few thousand miles closer) I think I'ma buyin'.

Combat Wombat
unexpected Google result.
I'm old enough that I remember them, but I wanted more cubic inches by then. Pentons, on the other hand, were very more like it.
