Finally, a damn good tar for the Connie.

See this thread for my last entry. Sofar, I be liking these things after a 175 mi. scrub-in.  Thumbsup Thumbsup Thumbsup

I think our old Connie likes the heavier, stiff carcass bias ply tires.
My bike loves these anyway. Rides like a whole new bike, and the old girl is FUN again.  Thumbsup Thumbsup Thumbsup

Good to hear a favorable review.  I've read some not so nice wet traction comments.  Maybe they didn't get them scrubbed in or were carrying a whole lot more speed than they were use to.   Bigsmile  It will be interesting to see how they wear.

I pretty much settled on the wing size elite 3's for the mileage.
I will admit the first time I rode on them after installing them at home I wondered who had somehow replaced my motorcycle
with a log truck they steered so much heavier. I got used to them and just plan corner approaches better now,
I ran one set of gt's and loved them almost as good mileage wise as the E3's and much better feeling, dont thing theyre made anymore.
