Just the fixes.  Are all the bugs out now?

Still waiting to see if anyone can make the "conference call" feature for the intercomm where everyone can talk together.

No, that feature is down the road.  A long road with no end in sight.

My unit has been working fine so I'll wait on any firmware updates.

I flashed mine and my wifes then rode to Daytona, about 235 miles.  Charged the batteries on Thurs night, they lasted the ride friday, riding around Daytona Saturday then the ride home Sunday without putting on the charger again.  No issues with bluetooth to phone, or talking with wife, who rides her own bike.

That download fixed my problem of very low volume, but I still have connectivity issues between the Sena and my Zumo 665.

And not software related, but the plastic support base for my microphone boom broke during a ride last week, leaving the mike just kinda dangling.   I patched it up with some electrical tape and emailed Sena for an RM.  Might be problematic if I can't find the receipt; which I believe I included when I sent the units in to them for the upgraded versions.  Sad

I did the update and didn't have any major issues with that part of it.  But I enabled VOX to play with on our ride down to Morton's Oktoberfest....that was a mistake!  VOX works well enough...just too good!  Once we hit the slab, helmet wind noise was enough to activate the connection.  We had to stuff the mic's up into the helmets as far as possible.

As for Zumo connections - I'm still hardwired to the 3.5mm jack to enjoy stereo music from my 550.  But thanks for the info, on the 665...maybe I'll hold off on adding that to my christmas wishlist.

On the upgrade. If you have Vista OS, I would suggest not using it for an upgrade of your Sena firmware. Vista has something in it that might be problematic for the upgrade. Sena is working on resolving it.

Call Sena, don't send an e-mail. They should replace it for you as it has 2 yrs warranty. If you can't find receipt call the palce that sold it to you.
