Anyone ever ride to this restuarant? Sounds like a good time there but not sure if worth riding or driving.

Yes. It's great when there is a poker run and the Cigarette boats line the docks. Otherwise it is a good restaurant with a nice river view, but not overly exceptional.
From Mt. Gretna you have some good road options for a fun ride on either side of the river.
