That is odd.  I just was in Grand Rapids for a lengthy service on my GT and they fell over themselves to assist me.  I test rode a 800GS for 200 miles!  We lost our Ft Wayne dealer so I started going to Grand Rapids and have been happy.  Sorry you had bad luck.  Give em another try sometime!
