Danner Boot Recrafting -- A Big Thumbs Up!

I sent my 1996 era Danner Acadia boots back to Danner for recrafting.   Since mine needed heel repair, the cost was $135 (includes shipping) .  

Mind you these were tactical boots, and weren't babied, and then had over 100K in road miles.  The fact that they wore so well speaks well of the boot.  But two weeks later, new soles, new insoles, new laces, they are looking, well, like new.  And, fwiw, I think Danner sending out before and after shots is just good marketing.
