I will be in a national competition at school and will be on our LEED team. I need to see real world examples of LEED projects as they might be presented to the owner from a contractor. Examples of presentation would be helpful too.

Everything I have and can find is academic and not real world material. I know how to fill out the scorecard but I'm lacking a good summary example for each credit

Here's what I need examples of specifically:
I need examples which provide identification, analysis, comparison and recommendations for sufficient LEED points to achieve Silver level certification and presentation and defense of the proposed points and recommendations. Also, The development of Value Engineering alternates that would offset the added cost for LEED features are needed.

Anything more than what I have would be helpful.

Talk to the folks in the facilities department at your school...they should have real world examples of projects on your own campus.

thanks.

SPSU also has the "Knowledge Center", which just was accredited by the USGBC for LEED CEUs but they're MIA for a week.

I was "volunteered" for this and have to get it rolling. We worked on the mock prequalifications Statement when I got it until 1 am so we could submit it on time.

I just saw this and if you need help I might be able to round up some info.  The architects are usually the ones responsible for putting together the LEED package for a building/project and would have the info you need.  And a lot of the LEED projects getting finished now are public.

The first Asheville LEED project, for which we provided some engineering services, was recently completed.

Since this project is public, the information is a matter of public record and the evaluation of the costs, credits, etc. is public knowledge and could be requested from the city.
