The bad news is that the 2011 World Superbike Series is over.   Sad


The good news is that we can now announce the winner of the THE HIGHLY COVETED S-T.N WSBK FANTASY RACING CUP!!!

Let's give it up to YMI Racing, led by RRdvark!  He not only won our league, but he finished 5th in the overall standings. It was a sweet season.

All three folks on our league championship podium cracked the overall top 25, so we once again looked pretty good as a group.


RRdvark -- I've sent a pm asking for your mailing address so I can send the cheesy stunningly-beautiful-yet-surprisingly-inexpensive trophy. You've earned it!

Let the party begin and the kudos roll in!    Clap Clap Clap Beerchug


(This is actually last year's trophy, but it's identical to the one you win. Except for the year. I mean, duh.)

First, I would like to thank all the riders...I couldn't have done it without your hard work and tenacity (except Biaggi & Smrz...bastards!).  Also, the manufacturers...Ducati, Yamaha, Aprilia, even Honda (and the odd Kawi top five...I guess WSBK BMW's have final drive problems as well).  But mostly, thanks to squeezer for arranging things so we could once again demonstrate to the world we at STN are truly experts on everything...

I believe my hopes for a double world championship went the way of Lorenzo's ring finger unless Pedrosa, Rossi, and Edwards make up the podium for the last two races.
