Not so good unless you want to have WCRM on the Memorial Day weekend....which probably would mean lots of traffic and sold out motels.

YA OK, I just looked at the cal and picked a random weekend, maybe not the best.

Some of us are meeting in/near Weaverville the weekend of May 20th for the annular eclipse......

I was planning on attend that as well, just never put it on the cal on this computer. (personal note: must remember to sync all calendars)

Hows June 9&10th?? OK I know pick a date and thats it, but in all reality Memorial Day weekend just does not make sence Shrug

Hows June 9&10th??

Works for me...and increases the odds that we might actually have some decent weather.

I'm good for the 9th and 10th.

Does anyone have any recommendations for food and lodging?

The Best Western Sonora Oaks Hotel is well regarded at Tripadvisor.com, and you have to like any motel that shows photos of their hotel with bikes in front of it!  Bigok

May be a little spendy though....I'm seeing $100/night for that weekend.
