I was planning on attend that as well, just never put it on the cal on this computer. (personal note: must remember to sync all calendars)
Hows June 9&10th?? OK I know pick a date and thats it, but in all reality Memorial Day weekend just does not make sence

The Best Western Sonora Oaks Hotel is well regarded at Tripadvisor.com, and you have to like any motel that shows photos of their hotel with bikes in front of it!
May be a little spendy though....I'm seeing $100/night for that weekend.
