I see these pads are sold by a number of Vendors. Any recommendations for sellers on the medium cruiser original? Good price and service required
Want to see how these compare to my current bead seat

If an AMA member, Bikebandit, bought both of mine there with my discount. Ps I really like, best money used for the seat IMHO. Make sure you FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ON INFLATION.It makes a world of difference in the feel

nuther BikeBandit customer -- they prices do vary, so search a lil . . . .
OMB loves her's to death -- when the first dies (after a long period of use), she immediately asked that another be added to her Christmas list . . . . in May.

I know a lot of people swear by them. I don't think I could use one as my seat is already like 29.5 inches and I wear 30 length jeans. Another 1 inch lift off the seat on my C10 wouldn't be a good thing.
I always thought they were overpriced, although for a pillion it's probably a godsend.

How do you determine what size is right for your saddle?

These guys seem to have decent prices.
I think the medium cruiser size fits most ST type bikes.

Whew that's heavy coinage for a fart pad. I like my Alaska sheepskin. That wasn't exactly cheap either.

Plus, the sheepskin traps the fart. The Airhawk whisks it away.

Not sure yet - probably the original medium cruiser. Not sure if the type R is worth the higher premium. Have you tried it?

Regular. Type R (IIRC) only comes in one size so far.

Hey justin if you want to try one cheap (and you're good at fixing stuff) I have a medium cruiser sized airhawk that has popped a seam along one side (about 1.5" long IIRC) that I'll send you for the cost of shipping and a reuben sandwich.
It's not a tear or a hole in the material; the 2 sandwiched halves of the rubber bladder have just come 'unglued' or unvulcanized or whatthehellever.
It was awesome while it lasted (2 years, and it was used). In the summer I prefer beaded seat covers now but the airhawk is more comfy.
Let me know

Thanks for the offer
But I'd probably have no idea how to fix it
- they probably use some high heat bonding process when they make them. But if I'm ever out your way I'll still buy you a Reuben sandwich for the offer
Do you find the airhawk more comfy than the beads for really long rides? I use beads now, and they are pretty good, but the airhawk looks like it would be even more comfy.
