Is that a dare?

One wonders "why" one would choose to cross the border as described?   Headscratch  Certainly not for the riding opportunities?

The company?  That must be it!   Bigok

Definite "maybe" for me....

Yes, the entropy circus on Thursday - tomorrow!  I should probably buy a relay...  Sunday is the Ringling Bros. with my kiddos.

The absence of whining / crying from the Bulls about the unreasonable two week roadtrip they have to take because the circus is in town must be refreshing.

I don't know 'bout you folks...but I don't miss the NBA a bit.  Let both sides of this embarrassment of a work stoppage / lockout stay out until they jointly recognize that they are Billionaires and Millionaires getting paid a King's Ransom to play a game...and that there are lots more / better entertainment options available.

Bu-Bye....

You'll find a number of women, both wives and not, at the meets.

Some of them will smoke your old sportbike guys without realizing they are going fast.

Well when there heads got real big on the street I suggested a track day at blackhawk. They got there butts handed to them by a young lady and my old arse. I know the young lady who still races ccs. Lets just say there ego's got put in check. What a fun day. Thanks again

By chance was it CLSB? I can hear them running up and down 290 at night. I rode with some of them one night. They go fast in a straight line but throw in a corner and all bets are off. I'm pushing a 650lb pig and still pull away in the corners.

BTW this is Ears

No we ran on the roads out west by Oregon IL and galena. I was shown some great twistys by a cruiser dude. We had a Sunday ride of 220 miles on sport bikes of nothing but twistys out west in IL. We only ran hard out in the country. I never understood the dummies that ran the highways. It was lots of fun and I will still do a track day when time permits. Heck my daughter is a corner worker at blackhawk during the summer, mostly for the bikes. Ya she didn't fall far from the tree. I will be there Sunday with the wife, we are looking forward to it. I am glad I found this site. Thanks folks

Greetings All,
Will pout all day as we missed the event this AM.  Kinda a rough nite... had to ER our 12 yr old pooch.  Had 2 seizures yesterday, not a pleasant sight.  Had had one 2 months ago but were hoping that was an isolated incident.  By process of elimination vet believes she (Coco) has a brain tumor.  (Shit).  On anti-seizure rx now - she left the vet higher than I've been in years.  She is (otherwise) a spry gal and we hope to have her with us for a few more years.
Again, missed meeting everyone (well, crap).  Question: does anyone go to the bike show in February?  Be very cool to hook up there and make fun of the oil leaking hogs:)

That was fun.  Next time I'll stick to a smaller cup of coffee and only ONE bakery item.  Especially if I'm going to be sharing a table with that comedy troupe intent on trying to get me to expell coffee out of my nose...
