Well Region 4ers as the subject says I plan to have lunch in TC today at Hooters. I should be there around noon. It looks like we're in for a decent day. I thought I'd throw this out just in case anyone might want to sneak away to enjoy the 50 degree day the forecasters have promised. Carpe Diem!

Sorry, yes. I think I'm taking the long way so it should take me about 2 1/2 hours to get there as long as the cops leave me alone.  Bigsmile

I wish I could, but I must work today... Maybe I'll ride there after I pick my new GT up on Tuesday. I didn't know there was a Hooters in TC. Cheers

It's the only one we have in the north. The next closest one is in Bay City. Here is a few pics of our Hooters.  Bigsmile

Ted, nice meeting you. I'm glad you chose to ride up. I only rode 150 miles one way but I had a great ride. The ride home was awesome. 55 degrees and zipping along the highway. No deer, no cops, just the way I like it. Anyhow here is my pic contributions. First I had to make a stop and get wifey some of the best cheesecake around.

http://i222.photobucket.com/albums/dd139/Chef109nnah00/GEDC0042.jpg
Then on to meet Ted for lunch. Since he posted pics from the front I'll post pics from the rear.

and being the selfish person that I am I needed a close up with my bike only.

Thumbsup for the ride and I hope to do it again, unfortunately it might not be til Spring.  Sad

Sorry I didn't reach far enough across my shoulder to get a good pic. The mirror one turned out good though.

I alway slow down when I pass. Cars hate being passed by bikes at a high rate of speed.  110 to 120the between the gaps... slow down and ease pass the cars... then back in the throttle to the next set.

I find that if I pass a car much faster than 85, they tend to look at their speedometers as I pass.  Not good.
