Hi there I'm looking to purchase a Bandit 1250 and I'm trying to decide between a '08 SEA (I live in Canada) full faired with bags, Dale Holeshot stage 1 with 6000 miles on it for $7K or a 2011 with no bags that was written off (bike fell over, couple of scratches on left fairing) with 800 miles on it for $8K.

Was there any differences in suspension, engine etc between the two bikes (I know the instrument panel was changed for 2011) that are worth considering between the '08 and the '09?

Which bike is a better way to go...?

Thanks!

just upgrade the suspension-someone will no doubt tell me I'm wrong, but they're much the same.

Thanks.

I've since found out that the instrument cluster was updated and it looks like they added another rad to help with the cooling.

Anything else folks...?

I think you mean fan.. extra one needed with fairing holding in more heat than semi naked version. Other than a few small changes the same bike although more expensive
