Looks like the cam chain snapped and broke the jug and cases. Thats going to be around a $1500.00 repair bill.

They were filming for a commercial? What did the guy do to the bike - some sort of front fork lock (it didn't look like they were compressing/moving after he walked away).

The fork lock is a "holeshot" device. It helps control wheelies off the line and releases the first time the forks are compressed (usually the first turn or bump). It works great.
