Apparently using red paint instead of black or white makes it a limited addition and adds $300 to the price  Lol

Other than the price difference, not a bad color IMO - would be pretty hot with the cheesy Kanji stickers removed.

Oh no, the kanji is all part of the busa mystique.     Kinda like a Japanese fuck you.

Lol

That pretty much sums up what Suzuki was saying to Honda (Blackbird) with the Busa

For it to deserve an LE moniker, I would expect upgraded suspension and brakes, which would carry a 2 or 3k price increase, fancy paint for free.

I mean really, how much more expensive is red paint than white? Not.

But the good suspension and brakes would be lost on the busa crowd as a lot of them would rip off half the front brakes and ditch the high end rear shock for air ride and a 360 kit.

You'd be surprised by how many people actually ride their Busa's like the sportbike it is. I'd personally be all over a Busa with Ohlins suspension  Thumbsup

Except Yamaha owns Ohlins. That's why Suzukis have mostly Kayaba boingers, although they have recently switched to Showa, which I believe is wholly or partly owned by Honda, so anything is possible I guess.
