Maintenance Help

Hey all. Fixin to change the engine, trans, and rear end fluids in an 04 R1150RT but can't find any info in the owners manual about sump drain and fill locations.
The rear end is obvious. Is the plug on the bottom near the engine oil filter and the cap on the left hand cylinder the only engine oil drain and fill ports? I can't find anything that looks like trans drain and fill plugs.
Last thing is the maintenance manual implies the trans and rear end both run 90 weight gear oil. Is that right? Will any old gear oil that meets the maint manual spec do or are there any favorites?
Thanks!

picture should help. to drain the trans. cut a 1.5" piece of thin wall pvc tubing in half length-ways and about 7" long. Insert that between the drain and the silver side panel so the fluid drains out into a pan on the floor. Otherwise the fluid will get all over other parts of the bike behind the side panel -- big mess!!!!
When refilling the trans. (with the bike on the centerstand); fill until the oil just begins to run out of the filler hole; you are done at that point. On the final drive; fill to the bottom of the threads of the filler hole. Pretty easy to check with a flashlight and dipping a small allen wrench in to thread bottom.
The oil drain is a plug slightly behind and to the right of the filter and takes an 8mm allen wrench to remove. be sure you have proper size crush washers for each filler cap and drain plug before starting.
I'd recommend Mobile 1 full synthetic gear oil for the trans. and final drive in 75W90 weight. Any good 20W50 motor oil will work in the engine. I prefer Castrol dino oil.
