I think most forum members would agree with me that the BRP Spyder would seem a pretty lame vehicle.
But hey, the concept itself may have some merit...just gotta shoehorn a 250 hp Ferrari V8 in there...et voila, the Wazuma 8VF is born!

Saw that on Facebook.
250HP? What old Ferrari is that motor taken from?
And you thought Ducati maintenance was expensive...

Sure would hate to drop the keys, might need to open up the engine to get them out.

If it has 4 wheels anyway, who's the fool that put the rear ones close together? Idiot marketing dept. I'm sure...

"Lazareth" is a custom builder (or at least, very low production)--don't think he has a "marketing dept."
I'm sure it's intended as a "trike," and the only reason it has 2 wheels in the rear is because it has a longitudinal driveline (engine and transmission) and it's probably easier to run a central driveshaft to a bevel gear on the rear axle than to try to offset the final drive. Plus, it looks meaner with all that rear rubber...

It would corner better with the rear wheels spaced the same as the front. Pinching them in to resemble a reverse-trike is a purely aesthetic choice that compromises performance. Perhaps Lazerus should go work in a marketing department....

Pretty cool machine! I'm sure it would be a blast to drive.
Funny, recently I have even thought the regular ones, from Bombardier look inviting.

Having ridden a Spyder, I find that it is not lame; just different and fun at that. You ride it more like you would a quad. Once you adapt to that it is quite fun to ride.

Why is there a thread about ATVs and hacked up snowmobiles in

Probably because the driver wears the same gear, but good point.

I've said the same thing about Spyder threads, so I know where you're coming from, but hey...you gotta have some interest in this thing...just a little?
(BTW, Lazareth is a well-known motorcycle custom shop...)

A Spyder (or a Ural side hack) is more legitimate than a Hardley Ableson lifestyle accoutrement with fucking floorboards.

Common man... Anyone remember the Viper V-10 Tomahawk? Not only is this thing functionally useless, its not even an original idea.
Enzo would be disgusted to have his power plant so perverted.
