 Clap

Maybe now that  NASCAR season is over The NASCAR Speed channel will carry this show, or better yet BBC America channel. I really like Top Gear but I've watched every episode at least twice.

(Ya I know, dream on.... Sad)

Like it.  Subscribed as well.

BUT (this comes from someone who makes television)  WTF is it with putting the time, effort and expense of putting this show together and totally ignoring audio?   Cameras have progressed to the point where very inexpensive models may make acceptable video under ideal conditions...but their on-board, natural sound microphones are crap.  And to stand 10 feet away from four guys talking about the bikes while they turn away from the camera (and crappy mic) to look at them is about the dumbest thing you can do.

At the top....the male host is miked up...the female isn't.   Headscratch

Thanks for the heads up.   I'll still watch future episodes....unless i can't hear them.

I thought the same, only I didn't take the time to type it.  I'm thinking, "wow they sure need a better sound guy".
Thanks for explaining why it sounded so crappy.

Well, which would you choose? (Me I'd buy a Victory-the new Tbird looks awful to my eyes).

Possibly a budget thing? Im trying to figure out that exact solution myaelf for a video project Im working on, withoit spending thousands on equipment.

Im not vrry well brushed up in current audio products though, and everyone keeps wanting to sell.me hyper expensive boards and mic systems. I have a problem paying more for that tahn I did for alll the cameras my bike, and my car together.
