For those of you that remember Then Came Bronson, my daughter got me the series on DVD for Christmas. I've watched several episodes and Bronson spends quite a bit of time in the dirt. On dirt roads, double track, single track and riding through fields. During the movie his Sportster would turn into a CZ in the dirt, in the show it turns into one of the Italian made Harley's of the day, but quite a bit of the time it does look to be the sportster that is being ridden.

My daughter could find the movie but not the series, she found it on the internet from someone that had put them on DVD from VHS tapes (show was on TNT at sometime. The editing and video quality are not great, but lots of special guest stars that went on to be on other series and in movie. All in all fun to watch.

I loved the episode where he entered his Harley into a hill climbing competition!!  Talk about a fish out of water...

But, Then Came Bronson fueled my early lust for motorcycle riding and I watched it every week.

i was about ten years old when that series aired. i loved it. i never thought about it much, but maybe that's what got me interested in motorcycling.

My father is on the eternal search for what he calls "The Bronson Rock".  It's the rock that, when you hit a sportster with it, the sportster turns into the kind of bike you need to do whatever stunt is coming up.  Dirt bike, trials bike, hillclimber, etc  Lol
