Thanks!

Its coming.  The refrigeration guy comes out this week and my sinks will be delivered by Friday.  The remodeling of the building is starting right now, but its stalled till we can get the old deli counter out.  My main equipment is on order and due here late Feb/early March.  So I'm looking at a Aprilish opening as long as the MDA doesn't get all crazy.  So soon Bigsmile

I expect lots of STN traffic!
