VIN and frame make it a 2000.  Title is restored salvage title.  It has been down (and when I say it was a previous owner, it's the truth -- this time) so the plastics (and tank) must have been replaced.  

I'll be ordering tires this week and, hopefully, mount them over the weekend, leaving enough time to get in a little mucho fun.  The rear tire is so bad I wouldn't drive it any further than I had to to get it home.  I have started it up a couple of times of though just to listen to that motor.

Canada had red VFR's in 2000, maybe yours is Canuck?
