Best Deal on a Shoei Multitec
«

Most e-tailers hold the line of advertised prices for these helmets. I think the lowest I have seen is $434 or so. Has anyone seen them for less? What's the best deal?
FYI, I was hoping Shoei was going to discontinue the Multitec since they are bringing out their new Neotec, but I hear that the Multitec will live on.

New? That's probably about right, and not a bad price at that.
I was happy to find a new one that didn't fit the buyer, and he promptly sold it after 2 short rides, I snagged that for 325.
The Multi has been the best all around helmet I've ever had. Love the flip face on the modulars.

You might be able find them cheaper now, they just announced the replacement Neotec.

I was going to try to pick up a Multi-Tec but after using a few helmets with a drop down internal sun visor and using that on longer trips I won't have any helmet without the internal visor. Looks like the new Nanotec will have that feature.
It sounds like a small deal to switch visors but after going on longer trips and even back and forth to work where it's dark when I get to work and bright when I leave work the internal visor makes life much simpler. No more swapping visors just flick the switch on the side and instant tinted visor. Oh it's getting foggy or dark? Flick that switch again and back to a clear visor. All without even slowing down

Got a good working relationship with a local retailer that sells 'em? See what they'll do for you. Honestly, by the time you pay shipping and stuff, you might as well get it locally and try it on before buying. Yeah, you may save $30 by shopping around, but is it worth taking a chance the helmet will fit you properly? I'll be buying mine from my local shop when the time comes. They usually knock off 10% for all the business I throw them and referrals for others who come in.

I believe mine was 359.99 when I got it. I think that was from Competition Accessories. They all come from Helmet House anyway so just shop around and click for the best price. Shoei has advertising minimum that websites can't advertise below. But they are cheaper if you email.
Buying online is cheaper, there's usually no tax or shipping either.
