Sue?  They were being charged criminally for their deaths!  Dear doG, what a nanny state.  I guess the concept of personal responsibility falls on deaf ears in their courts.

Actually, the court understood. Its the LEOs and prosecutors that charged them.

It was dawn when their homes were raided so they could be arrested.  WTF?  

They couldn't just wait until morning and knock on their doors?  It sounds overly harsh.  Maybe they should do that to those street thugs that rioted instead of people involved in a vehicular accident.
