I think it's a little steep.

I think $28,000 might be more what it's worth.

As years go buy though, they will probably become even more expensive.

and every time one of these, (Which, incidentally, can still be ordered from the factory.) comes up I try and point out that it is a RACE bike with appropriate sevice intervals, (I can price up connecting rods for you. You won't like the price and you have to throw them away every 15 hours or so....).

It is also the last itteration of OBSOLETE technology. The fragile old 'Hi-Cam' engine stroked so it can be bigger by chopping out the dummy shaft. The same fragile heads but with stupid cams. An obsolete, (Albeit good.) gearbox and an obsolete and crappy final drive!

Yes, its lovely to look at. Yes it goes like stink. Is it a suitable basis for a road-going 'Sporting' Guzzi? Pig's Arse it is.

The Nuovo Hi-Cam in a 'sporting package is what a lot of Guzzista crave. So far it hasn't happened. But trying to hold up the MGS-01 as some sort of 'ad-Ultra' is just stupid. Sorry.
