Strangely and perversely beautiful. Is that a French nuke test somewhere near Tahiti?

I learned early on in the ownership of a house with a big garage and lots of land that free stuff isn't always worth what you paid for it.  We were the recipients of a used 19?? Wang hard drive.  To the best of our knowledge it was 850MB, about the size of a 2 drawer file cabinet, took 3 geeks to carry it, was built like a tank, and had two magnets that had the ability to make sperm swim backwards.

The magnets were out of this world, I wish we kept them.  They were the size of two bricks (So I remember), one brick a piece, and it took many blows from a sledge hammer to separate them.  A hammer would shoot toward the magnets from a foot away.  The magnets are still probably attached to the inside of the garbage truck.

Yup! If Ducati made a pair of high heeled shoes, they'd probably look like that.  Right down to the bit of Carbon fiber on the heel, and the Round Ducati symbol on the strap.  I'm not sure they'd have the tassely bits though.  That doesn't seem clean enough on the lines.  A bit more of a cruiser thing I think.
