I tried to go on the iron butt website, and register for a ride I did but it said they are not accepting memberships at this time, anybody elso have this issue?

Are you referring to the ironbutt.org forum? If so, shoot an email to forum@ironbutt.com and Ira will get you set up with a membership there. Just provide your name/address/desired username.

Not quite sure what you mean by "register for a ride I did..."  Can you be a little more specific about what you were trying to do?  Membership in the IBA isn't something you sign up for.  You have to do that first qualifying ride, like a SS1000, and submit the paperwork.
