re: the lengthy stop for lunch.

when I first began riding in Europe, I was focused on staying on the move, and the sometimes lengthy stops for lunch were an irritant  

Now, I've learned to go with the flow and accept it as part of being immersed into la Dolce Vita  Inlove

I haven't gone so far as having wine with lunch yet  Bigsmile
