Some snowmobiling fun Saturday...
«

We had a great day Saturday. Went to my folk's farm with the kids and friends to ride. I put a new engine in my dad's 1980 Enticer (in the bed), my 1980 Enticer (on the trailer), and I had to drop off some cabinets and pick up my brother's 1979 Enticer (which would be the second on the trailer. My buddy shot this footage as I passed him.
At the farm, my buddy shot some video of my son riding his 1972 Kitty Cat (yep- the one NOT ATGATT!), and my nephew riding his 1980. They traded sleds partway:
Here's a "high-speed" run- me in yellow on my 1980, brother Matt on his 1979. I got 68.5 on the GPS on the snow-covered road.
Good times!

I saw that. You get it figured out? Do you need a new axle or just bearings? I've seen them look like that when the races went bye-bye.

Oh no the axle is toast. The spring is twisted and i think that is what kept it from braking off completely.

Wow! At least it's a relatively cheap fix. Cheaper than a new trailer at lease.

These sleds are nothing special, but great fun!
