Anybody know if there's an outbreak of anything weird??

Sinuses pretty well screwed, felt sick to my stomach past couple days, nauseous + I almost barfed yesterday, couldn't finish my lunch.
Last night I was either too hot or two cold, minor night sweats + chills and just feeling BLAH and TIRED.

Kinda partied a little harder than normal this weekend so yesterday I chalked it up to that. Today it's still hanging and seems to be getting worse as
the day goes on.

Think I'm gonna try a Coke. Had one last night at work and couldn't even finish that either.

Thanks. Might be something up with that.

I normally have a cast iron stomach and RARELY feel nauseous and pukey.

The Coke is helping a bit, but it's still there. Feeling rather shitty the past couple days.  Sad

Two years ago, I might have agreed.

thanks.

I'm a big pussy when it comes to feeling under the weather.
I just hope this is it and doesn't elevate into something else. Like full bore 3 days on the couch type flu.

OH YA...just cleared that....3 weeks of craps, sneeze, headache, nausea, congestion, headache,.....NOT FUN.

BRAT diet is the best when its bad. (Bread, Rice, Apple Juice, Toast). Pretty neutral diet, but it help.

I also took OSHA root, into tea. Tastes like crap but it really does a great job at killing the raw fire throat.....burns when you swallow the tea, but next morning your throat is pretty good. Take it as early as you can in the illness.

Two weeks ago, it left my house after being here a solid four days. I missed two days of work and one weekend.  Monday wasn't great, but I made it to the store.

Sounds like Capt. Trips is making the rounds out east. You MF'ers stay on your side of the Rockies, please.
