It's great that the technology has gotten to the point that people with the desire can do this for themselves.  I've read about at least six people making these launches.  I just hope that someone doesn't come out with a turnkey kit so any yahoo can do this.  Before you know it, there will be some legislation making this illegal.  Probably under the guise of anti-terrorism.
