It our first competition of 201 Magicians of Meat will be competing in the Sauced Ribs category and be selling BBq Beef Sliders (along with some ribs) to help raise money for the local food pantry.

Noon to 4pm, I have no idea what to expect and will have enough for 64 sandwiches and a few slabs of ribs that will be sliced and sold individually (the idea is to provide a taster)

I just found out about this this morning and rushed around today so I could be part of this event.  Why not make it a full day with BBq for lunch and pizza for dinner.

I know it is last minute so don't feel bad if you can not make it.  I just thought I would toss this out there.
