I'd guess typo and it's supposed to be $5500.
He did get it wrong two places though.

Well it is now in a whole new "sports cruiser" class, so probably worth the extra bucks!
(I only paid a little more than that for my 2006 brand new here is Canuckistan. (Which means I paid about 5 g more than my Merican brothers)

doubt it's a typo. The seller mentions "custom" parts multiple times, I suspect he thinks it is worth more than new. Whatever.

Look at the background of the fourth picture. A junk yard!! He has probably bought a wrecked bike and replaced some of the parts. That is a double wammie.
And what is a soft and hard lever?? I think I will email this seller and see what I can find out..

To be fair, he does list it as a sport cruiser, and we all know the value of a cruiser can only go up with bolt on "custom" accessories.

Well, if he got one of them prototypes from Yamaha it is probably worth every cent....no matter the weight.
(If you are an FJR owner already you probably won't notice the difference

Always a possibility. Hormonal spousal unit decrees the bike has to go.
Yes Dear.
..list it wayyy high and wait for the offers to (not) roll in.
Honey, I listed the bike but there've been no bites

Standard rear suspension adjuster. It is special as not all of them have it. Only the ones that have the original rear shock.
