I like the song and the scenery + action shots.  Nice dog.  He really rode with you?

On version 2.0, maybe turn on the camera's Anti-jitter AND pan the camera slower and smoother.

Duke's rode about 30K miles, camera's hand held so yhea a bit jittery

Yup.  Handheld will do that to you.

Just capturing the on road shots is an effort.  I'm thinking (but don't know for sure), that to get rid of the jitter you have to have a really good (expensive) camera that is capable of really reducing it, a waist fitted platform, talent, or all of the above.  I have a friend is a professional videographer and when he does action videos (by himself) it's really incredible.  I need to pick his brain on what he uses and how.
