Planning a ride out west from Florida. I will need tires when I reach Pueblo. Who is the best independent to deal with? Fair price and excellent installation. Thanks

I got tires at this place a couple of years ago on my trip out West. They get you in and out fast if you are on the road. Might pay to call ahead and make sure they have what you want. Where you headed from Pueblo? http://www.rockymtncycleplaza.com/Default.asp

Yeah, was going to mention them - they are like the only big M/C dealer in the area other than the HD dealer - so your options are limited there.

Sounds like a great trip. I get out there every couple of years (minus Canada). If you are in the area, ID75 north out of Ketchum (Sun Valley) is a great ride. Goes right by the Sawtooths into Stanley and on up to Missoula (US93) through the Bitterroots. Great hot springs at Sula, MT (just over the ID/MT stateline). Hopefully, you'll get to go over Beartooth and Chief Joseph Highway as well. Let me know if you need any info...you have probably been out there as well, though. Have a great trip. Pic is of the Stanley Basin in Idaho.

+1 for Rocky Mountain Cycle Plaza.

I purchased both my bikes there and lots of tires.
