Awesome technologies. I'm sure we can trust criminals, business, and government (okay, redundant, I know) to avoid misuse of their new toys.

As a mountain biker, this would be amazing to strap a GoPro to, and some sort of tracking device/beacon on my bike, and give it an understanding of object avoidance.  Run some code through it to tell it to get in close when I slow way down (capturing technical stuff) or get higher when I'm screaming over flat land, or follow ahead and look back at me when I'm on a steep descent.  Suuuuppppaaa coool.

And also scary as hell because I know the primary application of these things is military/intelligence gathering.
