I'm on my third set of Progrip
791's
which I like.
If you don't like the vibes and want something to help, I had a pair of
Progrip 714's
that were really thick and soft. I liked them for touring, but went back to the 791's for some reason that I can't really explain.

I'm going to put some Serface (yes, that's how they're spelled) grips from mountain biking on my trail bike. They're really sticky and do a great job damping vibrations. The trick is to find one that'll slide over the throttle tube...
