And yes I know new bikes don't exist with out pictures but I wont be able to pick the new bike up until mid month so yah just gotta wait  Bigsmile

I put a SW Motech topcase rack on my 2005 Honda VFR800.  It looked great, but I could not get the rattles and squeaks out when I had the top case (E460) on.  I tried gluing little rubber bumper thingies onto the plate, but there just seemed to be too much slop in the fit of the mounting posts to the case.  My buddies behind me also reported that the case/rack setup was moving around quite a bit (with definitely no more than 10 pounds in the case).  I took off the SW Motech and went with the factory rack...no problems.  I have a Givi rack on my Bandit and it has been very sturdy as well.

It's your lucky day: I have a 2006 Sprint ST with the SW-Motech top rack and a Givi Monokey adapter plate.  Let me take a pic or two and get them onto this computer to post up.

The install is relatively easy, the rack is unobtrusive and more so with the adapter plate off, and it holds my Givi E45 top case very securely.

I got mine from TwistedThrottle.  Make sure to ask if they have it in stock, as I've read of some people ordering and waiting ... and waiting ... and waiting ... for SW-Motech stuff.  Mine came pretty rapidly and I was very happy with the buying experience.

My rack and Krauser topcase came quickly last year, most of the posts that I have seen having wait times is stuff for the new Tiger.
